Whether you are having a new frame or having one refurbished your frame will pass through here.

 Frames are prepared for spraying by shot blasting or chemically stripping.

The frames are then undercoated and sprayed in your desired colour

The frames are then stoved in an oven to cure

When the frame is cured the decals are applied and any lining etc carried out
The frame is then lacquered and cured for the final time
